How to loose weight quickly?

I would love to loose couple of pounds of weight. What is the best way of loosing weight?

hi. my way to lose weight is easy, but you must to have a strong will. I don't eat a supper or dinner. And it's works :D

Yeah, that would probably work, but if your a diabetic or something, you can't afford to not eat supper or dinner, and have low blood sugars, thats dangerous. This is just letting people know that if you have any kind of health problems you probably should ask your doctor first, before doing this...Good Luck..

hi. your right. this way to lose weight I test on myself. I'm 29 years old and I enjoy good health so can do this. I put on weight when I was pregnant and now I try lose few kilograms. I don't have time to practise sport so this is my method. Good day:)

i aam guessing the healthy way...excerising and a healthy diet...ive lost about ten pounds in a month or a little bit more from doing this...i am not sure how else you would do it in a healthy way

I also agree changing diet and increasing exercise will help to lose weight. Thats great to lose 10 pounds in a month.

drink like 2 glasses of water before every meal, and you'll notice that you'll feel full coz of the water. i used to eat once a day only at around 5-6PM and i lost weight just by doing that, although i wont recommend it to everyone coz its only applicable during summer vacations where you can sleep all day so your body wont actually tell you to eat during the day coz you are asleep, and when you wake up at around 5-6PM, then thats the time that you can eat and it will last till the next day, with the exception of course, of light snacks such as bread, cereals, etc. after all, you just can subsist on just one meal a day, LOL

I have heard that just cutting out stuff like soda and tea and only drinking water can add up kinda quick. If you like water its not a big deal. And if you cut back alot on your red meat helps too.

Well a good diet with regular excercise will help you loose weight. Change your food intake habbits and that could also help your in shedding few extra pounds.

I think exercise is the best way to lose weight. You also have to watch how much food you eat also to make sure you burn off some calories and fat that you have eaten.

To lose weight you could make yourself a daily exercise plan for you to do everyday.If you lift weights,do crunches,push-ups,etc. I advice to do more and more everytime. Just until you sweat and get tired.Graphing your weight making sure you maintain or lose your weight.Dieting is also good. Eating less and healthier will help you loose weight.More vegetables and fruit everyday.Don't eat too much vegetables/fruits because eating more than you need, it'll just be like any other (fats and oils) foods.Thats my advice..should work.=]
