Come on ladies and gents. Help me please.

Last weekend I accepted a challenge to wear a conical bra and post it as my avatar picture. I made two stipulations: At least 50 people had to want to see it and that one of them provide said article. Well, the 50 people have been found and I am now ready to have my photograph taken. However, where is the bra? The silence on that aspect of the challenge has been deafening. I am coming to the conclusion that this is going to be a self help job. So this is my final call. If someone, preferably in the UK, is willing to lend it to one oversized p1kef1sh, please would they come forward now. Otherwise, I shall take matters into my own hands and start to make my own on Monday. People are asking where the photo is. I shall not let them, or anyone else down. But if you have any ideas about how the thing might look perhaps you would be so kind as to let me have them over the weekend.

Has anyone thought of going to Madonna's (yes the singer) website and ordering one from there? She made them famous again a couple of years ago and the fashion trend of wearing your underwear OUTSIDE your clothes was born.
She's all into marketing our Madonna is, so I'd give her a 'ring' and see what she suggests! LOL She'd probably bring a whole film crew to you P1ke and make a video featuring a new song! LOL YOu'll end up on You-tube, you realize that? LOL

Madonna also lives quite close to Salisbury. I could be round to her in 30 minutes!! I think that this will end up as a home made job. I shall see what bright ideas come in and take it from there. My lovely pumpkinjam has volunteered to help me make one. Bless her.

Have you tried looking in a fancy dress shop? You should be able to find some kind of 'Maddonna' esq bra. (I'm really looking forward to seeing the piccy!) :P

lol...ask Madonna...I think she wore one of those conical bras (long back)! Maybe she'd be willing to lend you her bra...and save you the trouble of making one! I'd have shipped you one if I had it....but I don't:(
I sure hope someone gets you one...I'd like to see it myself (rather than you in one..lol)!

I like the idea of putting 2 party hats into an oversized bra. Then glue some tassles on the points of the bra. You could likely find an oversized bra at a 2nd hand clothing store fairly reasonably priced. heee heee

I would love to help you but unfortunately a conical bra is not something I have ever owned. I will be glad to attempt to make one for you if you can not get one another way! I'd be glad to do anything to see this. :P

Goodies idea with the coffee cups pretty good. They must be available somewhere as I saw a Madonna tribute act the other night and she had one on failing that some improvisation, large bra from charity shop as you said large to fit and two cones that you get chips in then cover the whole in gold or silver material for the effect, even the fancy dress shops might have or if you know anyone that does theatre productions their prop department may have something. Hope they come up with a bra for you though just for the pic and the laugh. Ellie :D

I have no idea but am looking forwardto this conical bra and that should atleast provoke a giggle or two . Ihave several oversized ones butdo not live close to you.lol.some good soul is bound to come up with just what you need I am sure.we areall really good people here. at least mostly. I have an idea that it should look like that picture we see of wonder woman she is wearinga pretty perky conicl bra there. cheers

I was just thinking today how I haven't seen you in a while, although you have logged in recently. I used to always see your shining verbal countenance in one discussion after another. Well, I decided to see if you were still active and then remembered that about the time that this discussion was relatively new, I came across a photo I had wanted to share with you.
