Karaoke unit for dubbing anime scene?!

Guyz, did you hear this news on Japan, a machine very much like a karaoke, but instead of song, display a short sequence from popular anime with subtitled dialogue. People had the chance to voice over their favorite characters. So it was sort of prctice for the inspired dubbers and for the fans who would like experience dubbing. So what do you think of this?

That sounds cool!
I mean, that surely is something to look forward to in anime conventions I guess.
And I think others might even make themselves laugh by instead of giving the right lines, they'd make an alternate dialogue which might make the scene hilarious

This is a totally new concept to me. I just know that there is such product which enable us to voice over the cartoon characters. I think this isn't popular in our country yet. May be later it will, who knows? Then it's going to be fun
