I have to sleep with the lights off when I'm asleep. I can't even stand for the TV to be on when I'm trying to sleep. I'm a light sleeper, so anything distracting will definitely wake me up.

lights off by all means. I used to always keep my door open,because I needed to know what is on the other side. But I have found that I actually get a good sleep with the door closed. It's amazing to me anyway. I thought I would simply freak with the door closed. sigh I am ok

Lights off. Instead of an alarm clock I use a timer to turn the lights on. Works fine for me.

i prefer switching off lights...many of the people switch off lights before sleeping.do you know that sleeping with lights off or on reflects our personal character....this is not true in all the cases.but most of the time it will be true.and coming to u,what do you prefer?
