Paypal says that the issue is complete but I am not satisfied

About a year ago I opted to stop receiving an Ebook and told the owner to stop sending me the Ebook and stop taking money from my Paypal account. The Ebook stopped but the payments have continued to be taken out of my account. I wrote to the owner but have not received any reply to any of the many Emails that I have sent. I told Paypal about this and it shows that the dispute is complete but then the money has still been taken out. What is the next course of action?

Once PayPal has closed the dispute I am not sure that there is anything than you can do about it. That is really too bad about it. Was it a lot of money?

It was not a lot of money at one time, only $10.00 a month but it has been going on for over a year. I have tried several times to contact the owner of the site where the money was going to but I have never received any reply. And trying to figure out how to get Pay Pal to do anything is frustrating too. But I did put in my report and I hoped to receive better results. The kicker was that I put in the report about a week ago and I had another $10.00 taken out a few day;s later. I put in another claim to Pay Pal about the last one also.

That is ridiculous. I really hope you get it taken care of. It seems to really be adding up.

well...you should be more serious bout the subject...Get in touch with these people personally...like on phone or visit their office if one is reachable to you....no matter what the amount is....its your hard earned money...and each and every cent counts....and paypal is just the caretaker of that money....

You can close the PayPal account, call PayPal personally and explain the problem or close the bank account attached to the PayPal account. Obviously someone has messed up with continuing to pay the owner. **AT PEACE WITHIN** ~~STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS~~

Have you called and talked to an actual person at paypal? They may be able to give you some advice on the matter. If they are unable to help you I would close that account and open a new one - it's a pain to be sure, but better than giving your money away.

Quite frankly, I would cancel your Paypal account and open a new one. $10 a month adds up over time.
