drinking water in the morning

it's said that drinking a big cup of water in the morning after you get up is very healthy for your body.Is that right?

It's true. Water is the healthiest drink. And it's good to have a glass of water in the morning after you get up. It helps you to have a good digestion. I love China

Drinking water anytime is good for your body. The more water you drink, the better. Drinking water in the morning is definitely a good way to start off the day.

Yes, it is very healthy to drink water early in the morning, once you brush your teeth. I have been practicing it for the past 12 years and I have found good results. It gives me a refreshing and rejenuating feeling and it refreshes my digestive system also very much.

Yes ,I think so .Every morning when I get up ,the first thing I do is drinking some warm-water.Through a night's sleep,we can feel dirsty and we really need drinking some water .

Well; I normally drink 2-3 Glasses of water in the morning . This helps me in wetting my Mouth as well as I feel very good with drinking this amount of water. It helps in getting body rid of Toxins and sets the pace for the morning . Regards Sweety_81
