All of Triple H's themes and entrances are good. I also like Randy Orton's theme and I like the Orton Pose. MVP has a great theme and I like the poses he does. Undertaker has had some bad a$$ themes (Rollin', American Bad A$$ and You're gonna pay.) His entrances were always good, whether he was the deadman or Biker Taker. Stone Cold had some good themes. Not just the classic one, but the one by Disturbed and the one he used during the Invasion angle. He also has a good entrance. I could go on...
