I notice something and I have been noticing it for a long time. When you start a discussion, if Mylot doesn't agree with what you are saying they will flip your page, and take it to adding sortie. I have notice that have you? Now if they don't like a discussion, how come they can do like they use to do, tell you it is against policy? No they just delete it, sometimes they do and sometimes they don't I guess it is a chance you half to take. Anything else we should be aware of?

I have never had that happen. What was on your page? It may have been against the guideline or terms.

Did you mean your profile page or do you mean your discussions? I was originally thinking you meant your profile page, but I just re-read what you wrote, now I am thinking you meant your discussions.
If you mean your discussions, per the terms, MyLot can delete discussions at will without notifying the user.

It just did it again when I post something about a Yoga Class? It saids loading sortie, and then that is the page it goes to.

Not sure what you mean by they flip your page and take you to adding a sortie? I've never noticed that, or come up with that page. Guess I'll have to pay more attention.

You know where they say make Mylot your home page that is the page I am talking about, it takes you right to that page, I don't have mylot as my home page, the one with the weather, and everybodys discussion is.

I haven't noticed that. Usually, they just delete any of my discussions they don't like after 30 people have responded to them.
But, one thing I came across today was that I was typing out a response and I put a name of a floor cleaner whose name was synonymous with "extremely clean" and they refused to post that response saying that the first word of that brand name (it was "blank" n Span) was against Mylot's terms of service. Well, I don't know what the word meant if it were derogatory, but I was using it totally legitimately. I think they need to have human eyes check some of these posts out rather than just deleting them because of certain words.

I have tried to type in somethings and they wouldn't let me, it has been a long time since that has happened. Someone posted something about Mcdonald's saying the won a big mac, in the hot topics.

Hi Marcia'-I have heard of discussions being deleted which has lost earnings for the person concerned, but have never heard about what they do with sortie-haven't really looked into what the sorties are just reply to discussions and make them.
It would be interesting if there are any other things that we have to be aware of-littleowl

Hi Marcia-the one thing that I have found with mylot is that they are fussy with certain words you use and phrases saying it is against their policy and to find another way of saying it--also what you are writing can be quite innocent-yet i have seen some discussions using words i hardly ever do in their discussions-so yes it will be interesting to see what other mylotter have to say on this subject-blessings litteowl
