Do you admired your leader?Supervisor or Manager

I don't like them very much.They are bored.We like to do our best to do our work in a short time effectively.And we could do what we want to do at spare time.But,they hope that we should do the work all the time.They don't want to see that we are playing.Hehe,they are ugly.I don't like them at all.I wish that I could meet a rational and capable leader,not a long-winded old woman.
Are you lucky to meet a good leader?I am admired with you,if that .

I admired my leader as she is very capable regardless in the issue we have but also good in handling user. When the subordinate facing any complaint or problem, she will protect and sort it out with the user. After that, then only she comes and talk to us or advice us on how to handle those kind of issue.

Yes, i have been support her all the while. Unfortunately, this kind of life may end soon as i may change to report under a new boss. :(
