Lata Mangeskar. Since independence she has sung a lot of patriotic, full of romance songs which i think myself that noone can compete with her. she is the school of her art and today new comer female singer consider her Guru.

Tori Amos - she has an amazing discography, haunting lyrics, and seeing her perform live is just amazing - she is one incredibly talented artist. I know she is not to everyone's taste, but there isn't anyone who comes close, for me, as being the ultimate favourite singer.

I would have to say Beyonce, because she is beautiful, she has a wonderful voice and dance moves and also because she is a postive influence! Oh ya and she got class!
