Is there a good mulitvitamin that works?

I heard that Centrum is a good mult-vitamin for women. Also One a Day for men and women are other good choices. I just take a hair,skin,nails vitamin. It works pretty good. I have to wait up to 30 to 45 days to see results. It takes time to get into my system. It all depends on how fast your body picks up on it. It can work slow or fast.

I do not take any vitamins, I have never believed in them, and there has been a bit of research done on some of them recently and the research shows that some of these vitamins can actually shorten peoples lives, that they are not as good as we think. But I do not think it is the multivitamins though just the other vitamins.

I take vitamins off an on. If you are worried about our vitamins, make sure they are certified by one of the national labs. You can also do research online to find out if every material in the vitamin has been researched and found in the brand you take.

i take one vitamin along with other pills for diabetes,high blood pressure. the one i take is geritol one a day. works great

Centrum is a good choice. I have been using it for years. Once A Day is also good. Although I believe Centrum has wider range of vitamins and minerals in its formula.
