Are you satisfied with the current payment system i.e. one cent per post. Is it fair enough?

Well, I have been a member here for a yr. and a half plus now. I have seen a lot of things change overall in the time I have been here, and one of them for sure is earnings. But I know I am making way more than only 1 cent a post. Even if on average, it is closer to 3 cents each post, that is OK with me. I should still easily be able to reach payout by the end of the month again. I actually feel that this site is generous with the amount of money they pay out to each of us. They pay more to those who are more active in here and post to quite a few discussions due to that person taking time here to respond to more. What I can offer up to you as advice, is if you want to make at least 50 cents a day on here, try and post back on at least 30 discussions a day, and maybe even also start like 1 as well if you can. Also try and make your responses back on a discussion at least 4 lines in length if you can, as long as it pertains to the subject being talked about. Also when starting New discussions, try and make them a little longer to attract more people to want to respond back to them. Hope this is of some help for you, and Welcome to myLot. This is a Great place to be.

Personally, I am not sure if this effects the amount you can make on here or not. I would think it does not, as I have a lot of good friends on here with Lower star ratings than a 10 who make decent $$ each day here as well. Thanks for choosing mine as Best Response, and wishing you the Best.

I almost think that the amounts you get paid are based on the length of responses. I posted a little bit yesterday, and I only responded to a few things, but my responses were pretty lengthy. From the few responses that I did make, I ended up making 10 cents off them. I'm almost not sure about the exact methods they use to pay people on here, but as long as I am participating on a site like this and making money at the same time, I think it's a good thing. I try as hard as I can to come onto the site at least once or twice a day to make a couple of decent posts. I just earned my first dollar, so I'm excited about that one. 49 more to go until I reach my personal payout!

of course they should, like the maximum is 4 cents and the minimum is 1-2 cents, thats a fair amount. coz it really takes alotta time and effort just to contribute something of value to this forum so i belive that the increase is justified.

There is no fixed payment per post here in mylot. Its a different algorithm altogether. It depends on various factors like length of post, quality, time of discussion, etc. But pay wise its small, and I welcome if increased. keep posting and have fun. cheers

Its great thing that you are happy with with what you are earning. But i think mylot should keep special care for its loyal users.

I am happy that i am being paid for just posting some discussions and gives replies to others. It is for the mylot team to decide what they are generating as revenue and the percentage they can distribute. I wont advocate to increase pay rates rather i would say that firstly they should aim at maintaining the pay rates and keep the site going. The aim should be pay out resonabely so that never a situation arise when the site may go bust.

i think it would be great for all. rather tahn just incraesing the referrals, it would be great it they incraese the rate of earning by the user. it will help all of us.

I agree with you. I think mylot should set specific amount for refeeral i.e 50 cents for one referral not like current system. This system makes money for users that aren't actively involved.

I am here for the past 1 year ., at first the earning is very nice , we get .02 for each posts . But now a days one cent has been reduced . Atleast the image limitations should be avoided , so that we can earn more ! And regarding the posts , it should be increased to .02$ !

Honestly I think our payout should be based on how viable and how much effort we put into the discussions and the responses.. I think it should be based on the meat of the answer or question. LOL!! Have a nice one.

nice thought !!!but I think it will be tough for mylot employess to read every post with concentration to examine quality. Although its a great idea.

Given the time it takes to make quality responses the pay rate is really too low and should be raised according to our responses and discussions too. and this idea of minus everyone we do not agree with should be stopped as one its against MyLot rules and two we should all act like adults not spoilded brats. I am beginning to think the star system is in need of repair I am still the same person I was ten days ago when my star was ten now I have been whacked down to a six and I feel this was really unjust.

I feel there is nothing wrong with star system. All they need is to seprate particiapting user from dormant users and pay accordingly.

I do think that mylot based the earning on the length of the post . Not only how many do you post each day. Cause yesterday, I made about 17 response and start three disccusion. I earned about 40 cent. So it like 2 cent perpost. And it only my second day in my lot. Most of my post are pretty lenghty. Thank God, i can type fast. So just try having fun here and try not to post only one or two sentences in your post.

I agree with you. Earning should be based user levels i.e. which user is participating more. For power users there should be 5 cents and for others it should be 2 cents

hi fig, it is just ok. of course, we want more but there are thousands of users around here and increasing it will definitely a big value. contented, digerati

I know there are thousands of members but only few of them are dedicated one. My point is that mylot should reward those more to those who are more active than the others.
