High SGPT / ALT level, Fatty Liver.

Has anyone have high SGPT / ALT level or was diagnosed to have Fatty Liver? Have you considered alternative medicine? Where? Was it effective?

I went for blood work and results wre ALT ( sgpt) out of range 4 units u/l expected 7-52. What does this mean? Thanks Laura

That is not quite alarming. You should a healthy food for that. Mine is around 200. And I got a hard time lowering this level.

I was also diagnosed with fatty liver just recently but was blessed to have SGPT levels within normal. One problem though is my cholesterol level which is 65 points above normal and that can be solved through exercise and proper diet.
