I have an aunt who has panic and anxiety problems. She is always afraid of heights and depths. She is afraid of long flights of stairs escelators, bridges, and climbing. I live in Upstate New York. And she lives in Georgia. I still talk to her online. She has always had those types of problems whenever it comes to long trips. I understood that she had to go back home to Georgia after one day of arriving in Upstate New York because of finances. And fuel and motels are wicked expensive. Do you know anyone who has panic and anxiety problems? Do you know anyone who has had anxiety and/or panic attacks?

I do not know anyone who has anxiety or panic attacks. One of my general subjects in college was psychology. If I am not mistaken, I think your relative has a general anxiety disorder which is under the neuroses. I suggest that you seek professional help from a psychologist or neurologist. I think that this disorder can be cured.

Hi Jake, I was told by my husband’s side auntie that she had come upon an old woman who was scared of being alone in a house. She ought to be accompanied by someone otherwise she would feel quite frightened and uneasy. She couldn’t be left alone even for a very short moment inside her own house. If so she would keep on standing or sitting in front of the doorstep looking for somebody to accompany her.

I get them when I am really stressed. If I am over working myself too. I was at a friends house for her son's birthday party and all of a sudden I started getting dizzy to where I almost past out, so I went back into the house and sat at the table. My lips, sides of my face, and from my elbows down to my fingers went numb.. my heart was beating really fast and started to feel sick to my stomach. My friends mom decided to take me to the ER and the doctor said that my symptoms are from having a panic/anxiety attack. They asked me if anything new happened in my life and said its probably from stress. Which I have noticed that when I get overwhelmed is when I start getting dizzy but the numbness hasn't came around since that day.
