Which is better, milk or juice?

I used to drink milk everyday. Last October pock appeared on my face, all over the face. Then one of my friend told me that i'm not suitable to drink milk. Ok, then i quit. There's no effect. But 2 months ago, i used a cleaner, and all the pock has gone. Maybe because of my regular getting up and sleeping shedule? I don't know, but ever since then i rarely drink milk. Now i'm resorting to juice, it's all right. But which is better? Maybe drinking milk has nothing to do with my pock, huh?

I only ever drink milk as an addition in my cup of tea so never drink as a glass of milk, but it has calcium in it so is good for bones and teeth. I have fruit juice with my breakfast and these are good as they contain vitamin C. I enjoy a glass of juice far more and if cold find very refreshing. Your spot may have been casued from something dietry but as you have used a special cleanser and it has gone I would just put it down to an odd spot that we all get from time to time. Ellie :D

Ellie, thanks. I'm now having juice, grapefruit vegetable juice, slight bitter. I buy from the supermarket and have it everytime i want, right beside my desk. They say i can't eat spicy food and seafood, but spicy food and sea food are tasty. Awful to learn this.

Milk is very good for our health as our parents told us when we were young. Not only young ones even for the elderly milk is good but we seem to think milk is only for the young kids. Milk has many benefits, like it can prevent osteoporosis, hypertension and colon cancer. These are simply got by drinking a glass of milk daily and not by taking supplements or other vitamins. It is just plain milk. Even the lactose intolerant people should also get supplements and find a way because milk is needed not only for a 8 year old but also for an 80 year old person as well. http://www.oohoi.com/natural20remedy/everyday_food/Benefits-of-Milk.htm http://food.sify.com/fullstory.php?id=13234130 So please do drink milk when you can. If you are intolerant of lactose then you can leave it but still you have to take supplements. Juice can never make up for milk, that's for sure

Maybe drink milk but not as much as you did before!! I dont drink much milk but have it for cereals and other things. I dont like drinkng it straight out of the fridge as its too cold for me, so I have to allow it to warm up abit first!! I dont think you should give up drinknig milk. If you pock does come up again, I would have a word with the doctor and they might be able to explain why you get pock and whether it is related to you drinking milk. Makes you wonder how we got drinking milk in the first place!! I mean who found out that milk was good for us??

Hi,cinderella, thanks for sharing. It has become a habit for people to drink milk nowadays i'm afraid. Some of them don't even actually know whether it's good or not, or what kind of good will they do to us. Unfortunately i'm among them. People say it's good, then i drink everyday. My pock's fine now, but i don't drink milk now, after days of quitting, i don't have the habit to drink, in other words, i can't come to drinking

Wow, then you'd quit milk or heat milk before drinking, maybe because it's cold and your stomach can't stand this. Juice is good, it's rich in Vitamin C and other good element i don't actually know. Fresh extracted juice's much better, so i'm considering buying a juice extractor:) Hope you enjoy

Hi, youless. I haven't find that milk can make my skin much more smooth yet. Maybe i don't drink regularly? I don't know, i just can't find anything visible good after drinking milk. In fact, it has become a habit and a psychological relief to drink milk. Well, i'd say i haven't drink milk yet today maybe just because i used to drink yesterday, the day before yesterday~~~ Magic

unless you are allergic to milk it should not cause you any problems at all. I do not thinkit would cause pocks to come out on your face that sounds like hives and comes from an allergy to something you have eaten or a medication you have taken. Milk and juice are both healthy you need milk for calciums and potassium and juice for its vitamins. so you need both.
