Which you prefer a beer or a wine? and why? Whats the difference between the two? I drink a red wine and its easy to hit me..actually i already drink a half of a glass...oh shocks..But the beer my glass limit is four to five glass. Is it true beer can help to circulation of your blood? OR it can help to those who are anemic?...Please share you thoughts......
