Fish is good for our health. i love dried fish but it's bad for the health if you eat too much because of the salt unlike fresh fish. Which of the two you commonly eat?

I'm not much of a fish eater. I know I should eat more. I haven't been able to cook salmon to my taste. I just don't like strong tasting fish. I guess that is why I usually just eat tuna or shrimp. I know I should eat more. I cant even stand the smell of fish in the grocery store. I try to take fish oil caplets cause I know the Omega 3 is good for you. I have to stay away from highly salty foods cause of my blood pressure.

I know what fresh fish is but I am confused as to what you mean about dried fish. I like to eat fresh fish that is battered and deep fried. I like it cooked on the grill sometimes also. I don't eat fish very often though. I'm not much into seafood.

I dont think I have ever had dried fish before. I sounds like something I dont thingk I would like much. I like fish if the resturant cooks it but I am not that great of a fish cook so we just dont buy much. I know it is very healthy though.
We do eat canned fish. Does that count?

I really preferred the fresh one. I went to the market everyday and most of the time I bought fresh fish three times a week. When I went early sometimes I saw live fish that is jumping and it is really fresh. I don't like salted dry fish aside from too much salty it is also not good for our health.

Oh, I love eating fish as long as it is cooked. I love different kind of dishes when it comes to fish.

don't care a lot for fish. I do eat it once in a while. My granddaughter loves fresh water salmon so we have that once in a while. I have never eaten dried fish nor have I ever seen it in the stores. I do like pickled herring, but it is too expensive to have often.

As far as I'm concerned, I don't eat fish. But I see to it to cook fish for my kids. I prefer to serve them fresh fish because dried fish is not healthy. The salt content of it is really bad, specially for the kidney.
Nice topic, Keep posting...
