Mother's Day is coming!

What are you getting your mother for Mother's Day? I am thinking of sending my mother these beautiful boutique of flowers from 1-800-flowers and tickets to an oldies show or maybe a trip to Atlantic City and a day cruise, I am still undecided. What are you going to get your mother?

my mother passed away in 94. a great woman with the biggest heart i have ever known. i hope she thinks i am doing a good job taking care of my own family. I think this year though i would like to go and spend some time with my mother in law . I don't know maybe a day of beauty for the two of use and some lunch. something really girlie just for us

That sounds nice, I know your mother is proud of any job you are doing because you keep on being a mother and taking care of your family the best way you can.

now you got me thinking as well.My mother never had interest anything but her children's welfare.She always thought about us more than herself.I thought of getting her watch but she already has few of it.She wouldn't enjoy flowers much either.I think i should get her a collection of devotional songs as she is a religious person.Thinking about,God there's a lot of them.Well billionaire5,thanks for reminding me about Mother's Day.I would kill myself if I forgot Mother's day.Or be killed by my brothers.

I would love to treat my mom to a day at the spa, but I don't have the money to do so. Especially since my oldest daughter's birthday is the beginning of the month.

I understand it is hard to deal with holidays and birthdays, my daughter and mother's birthday is a day after Christmas. So I just celebrate their birthday, if I didn't they would put me in financial bankrupt.

Those are very thoughtful gifts! If my mom was still alive I would send her to Ireland, as she always wanted to go there, and I would go with her and keep her company. We would have a wonderful time. She was really big on being Irish.
