What is lying around you at this given moment?

While you sit at your pc, what is lying around you right now? I have my cigerettes, my ashtray, my glass of water, a pen, a piece of paper I scribble bits and pieces down from things on the net, my cellphone, my earrings that were hurting my ears for some reason, and my headphones are lying next to the mouse (they should be put away after use!) and half a packet of dried fruit i munch on while on the net!

Well, right now I'm on my laptop, which is on the dining table. I have half a glass of soy milk left, I realised I opened it 2 days ago but haven't had breakfast or any other milk-using beverages/foods, so I thought I should drink some because it's tasty and because I don't want it to go off. I have 3 Good Weekend Magazines that I used for one of my recent discussions/quizzes, research for my Ancient History assignment, my digital camera which I used to take photos of my cat being funny this morning, the book that I'm currently reading: "The Naked Ape", and one of my boyfriend's large Sci-Fi novels to hold my laptop's power cord in place because it's broken and I haven't bought a new one yet =P Oh, and my book light is also here for some reason =) I hope you get more responses, this is quite interesting. I like any discussions that let us into other mylotter's little worlds =D

Lol, that's quite strange. The other day my boyfriend and I kept picking up static from somewhere and giving each other electric shocks. It was really unusual, I think we each got about 5 by the end of the day =P

Yea thanks for your post..I often sit and wonder what other people around the world have - do - feel etc.. Keep that book holding that power cord tho! I am very anti anything electrical..it shocks the hell out of me but nobody else...too much static in me i guess!

Around me on the desk is a glass of water, a pop bottle lid, a comb, a toy duck, a toy dragon, a book called DragonHenge, my satellite remote, 2 book marks, a pair of sewing scissors, my camera, and some rings for chainmaille. On the floor is a couple dog toys and some quilt batting folded up to be put away on my next trip down the hall.

I go da rn puppy and give the toys a boot and she chases after them. I usually leave her 2-3 of the 20 or so she has out then switch them around after a week to wash some so she has "new" ones each time.So theres not so many to trip on../

I am at my brothers house right now and I am using his computer. He has a bunch of junk on his desk. Right now I am looking at and ashtray with about half a pack of Camel Turkish Silver butts in it, a stapler, a box of staples, a pink highlighter, a spindle of CD's, a few cables, a wrench, headphones, a bunch of paper, 2 red pens, a jar of change, and a bottle of vitamins. Wow, he needs to clean off his desk. lol

Oh heavens. When I sit down at the computer it looks like I have moved in for life. Around me right now are the following: my wallet, the remote (because I watch tv while online), my cigs and lighter, my ashtray, my soda, a pillow, a blanket, the cat, and a fan. And right now that's not much. Usually there is also some form of snack food, my jewelry making stuff (in case i get really bored), and my cell phone. lol I guess I do kind of move into my space.

lol, if I ever need to find something personal the first place I look is around my pc..its my space too and i have most likely left it next to the pc or the small table alongside it..Well that is if my yellow feathered alarm clock (ringneck) has not tossed it onto the floor or shredded it!
