I think they have them all over the United States, for those of you who don't know what that is, It is an Organization. Mothers against Drunk Driving. More people half to go to those sessions, because they have gotten stopped for drunk drinking. I think it is a good thing that they have sessions like that. So it will give people something to think about. Do not Drink and Drive. Always practice that. It is a serious thing. and more people are getting stopped for this. What are your thought on this?

I think it is a great program and have seen it here in Minnesota and I hope it never goes away. Someone needs to tell the stories so people know it does hurt others to drink and drive.

I do not drink or drive. Both of them are dangerous activities for me, LOL. I do not think that it is possible to remind people enough not to drink and drive. As risky as it is, people continue to do it all the time. If you are going to drive, don't drink. If you are going to drink don't drive. It is really that simple.

Anymore I think almost every community has a MADD chapter. I think it's a good thing to increase peoples awareness of the problems that drinking and driving can cause. There's been too many needless deaths and maiming by people who were impaired and still thought they could drive. It's important to get the message out to the younger folks too, and not just the older ones. It's a great idea, and it's good that they keep a constant profile with their message to all.

I really don't know if there is a M.A.A.D. in our area, I think it is a wonderful program and I remember when it was first created. People have to learn to stop driving when they are drinking.

I think MADD is a wonderful group, they have helped to pass most of the drunk driving laws in the US. I hate that the group had to be formed for the reason it was, a group of Mothers who had lost their children to drunk drivers, but they have overcome so many obstacles, and become strong individuals and as a group. They give speeches in schools, to teen drivers, show films of what drunk driving can lead to. They talk to substance abuse groups, and as I said they testify before our Legislators to get new and better laws passed every year. We all need to support this brave group of people.

I don't drink very often (the saying is once in a blue moon) and I don't know how to drive a car (where's the brake again!) For me, a non issue. Some people though need a kick in the pants because when they drink and drive, they are only thinking of themselves and not of the innocent people around them.
