How To Maintain Good Health

In order to maintain good health we should adhere to two basics: 1) Give your body what it wants-digestion 2) Help the body to eliminate the toxins accumulated- elimination Many of us do not realise that what we give our body are toxic craps such as sugar,starch and chemicals.All these are taken in excess and will lead to obesity.The kinds of food that we take such too much of proccessed food is not good for the body. Regular exercise can assist the body to remove the toxins accumulated. This is the problem to many people. There is no other way to maintain good health except take care our food intake and to exercise regularly.

Hi,mohamadnoh i think to maintain good health,we should keep away the sugar and fried food.because these food do great harm to our healthy.besides,to keep a healthy body,we should eat some good food,like vegetables,fruits and so on,in this way,we may keep healthy.
