How do I add a profile picture here?

I would love to know how to add a profile picture. That would be very helpful so that when I ask other users questions, they will take me more seriously.

Hi tipsyflash, On the left hand side of our MYLOT page , You will see Customize your profile, ther you can upload your photo and change whenever you feel. enjoy :) and well come to mylot:)

I've done that. I've even hit "My Photos" Nothing comes up that allows me to add a photo.
