What is the best way to eat strawberries, in your opinion?

The Shoney's Strawberry Pie is my favorite, but I do love to eat them sliced with a tiny bit of sugar over them.. I also love to cut them in small pieces and put them in vanilla ice cream.. I don't think that there is any bad way to fix strawberries..

I love strawberries! They are awesome dipped in chocolate, but i also like them dipped in sugar. My grandma makes a wonderful strawberry cake that is really good too. I like strawberry shortcake, but i dont like how the shortcake gets soggy!

I like to dip mine in plain ole sugar. But than again I do love strawberry shortcake also.

With the fruit dip that you make with vanilla pudding and cool whip - it's delish!!! Just had some a couple of weeks ago at my mother's. I like strawberry shortcake too. I like them cut up on certain breakfast cereals. I like them on top of cheesecake - but it's mainly the cheesecake that I'm paying attention to at that point. Strawberry sundaes are great too. Straberry cream pie(?) Does such a thing exist? Sounds good. Anything from the bakery with strawberries is good too.

AmbiePam, I adore strawberries cut up with a little sugar and heavy whipping cream poured over them... The cream does not even have to be whipped in fact I prefer them not to be. I know calories calories, not to mention the fat content, but dang I love it so much.

My abosolute favorite way to eat strawberries would be Strawberry Prezel Salad. It's been a long time since I've made it, but it has of course pretzels and strawberries, jello, cream cheese and whip cream layered. Now I want to make some!!!!!

Fresh and straight off the plant! But my family likes them with ice cream.. or with shortcake and whipped cream! My grand daughter who's a very picky eater loves strawberries.. so I buy them anytime the price is reasonable (and sometimes when it's not!) We have strawberries in our garden, so I'm looking forward to that! (Raspberries too, but they'll be coming along later.)

Those all sound like great ways to eat strawberries. Sometimes, I just eat them plain. But, I often chop them up and put them in my oatmeal. In fact, I just did that about an hour or so ago. My store sells the sweetest strawberries I've ever had. I didn't know I liked strawberries until I started buying them there.

I love strawberries so much. And I love strawberry shortcake. I like to eat strawberries with just alittle bit of water and sugar mix them up and chill them. Then put them in a dish with lots of whipped cream on the top.

They are delicious dipped in chocolate, or whipped cream, but my favorite is to eat them plain, just picked out of the garden, and quickly rinsed off.

Anyway I can,I love strawberry's.. I eat them plain, on cereal, on french toast and pancakes, with a little honey or sugar, in a shake and dipped in chocolate...

Ow there are so many ways to eat strawberries, but I do have an ultimate favorite. Get a marshmallow and melt it in the microwave until it is mooshy, then drip a little melted chocolate over it and eat it with a strawberry. To make it even more yummy you can spray on a little whipped cream. Ohhhhh delicious

I just like them plain most of the time :) Sometimes over ice cream or in cereral or on a cheesecake - they're pretty tasty in milkshakes, too! The only way I don't like eating strawberries is in pies. I don't know why but it just seems like they lose all their flavor and goodness when they get cooked up in a pie!

Yum, Strawberries, my daughter had a chocolate fountain at her 21s party and we had strawberries in dishes to put into the chocolate, they didn't last long! I enjoyed but I love to eat strawbeeries with cream and in the UK my brothers birthday is in June when strawberries are readily available and we always make him a cake of sponger then a layer of strwberries then a layer of fresh cream then another layer of cake, then strawberries then cream. My son eats them just as they are as I do a fruit bowl with his lunchtime sandwich which comprises of a couple of strawberries, a few grapes a sliced apple and a few segment of orange, he just loces it. What is my favorite way to eat strawberries? Mmmmm, My favorite way is to cut the tops off and eat them warm, not cold plain all by themselves, for me that is the best way. Or eat them in some cereal.

I have two favorite ways. Strawberry pie with whipped cream and dipped in milk chocolate.

The only ways I like to eat strawberry are by themselves, maybe will a little sugar on them, or in a fruit smoothie. I like to put strawberries, bananas, juice, and ice in... mmm it's very good!

I love strawberries dipped in chocolate too. Yum, Yummmmmm. I like that as a treat now and then. But my favorite way to eat them is all by themselves, and preferably a little bit chilled.
