Do you preview your discussions before submitting??

I never preview my discussion or reply before posting but am thinking that I should as then I can alter any spelling mistakes that I may have not corrected. I know spelling isnt that important but i like things looking right. I do proof-read my response but sometimes I miss the mistake as I know what my response says so dont really notice them til after submitting it. So, do you preview all you replies/discussions??

LOL I do - and I STILL make loads of typos and spelling mistakes! Guess it is part of wanting to get everything we have to say down before we forget? xxx

I think some of us are made to make mistakes!! I tend to spell 'the' wrong, I somehow manage to type the 'e' before the 'h'. Im guessing it our brains working overtime. Our brains must be about 2 sentances ahead of our fingers hence why we get so muddled! lol

Is there a "preview" button before submitting replies or discussions? I don't see one or I don't notice one. I only see it when creating and submitting personal message.

Yeah when you right out your discussion or reply next to the "post comment" button there is a "preview comment". This allows you to view your comment as it would look in teh discussion, you can then edit it or submit it.

We all make spelling mistakes even when we have previeved the discussion before posting it. If we can tell the mistake has been made on reading other discussions the that member has proved thier point as we understood the gist of the post. Have a great day from Deeeky.

Most of the time I don't review my responses, comments or discussions which led me to a number of bloopers. Twice I started a discussion on the wrong category. Once or twice I posted the wrong comments because I always open multiple tabs. Several times I had spelling errors and sometimes I missed out some words. I guess, I need to be more careful from now on.

I ought to, I really should. But eight times out of ten I forget, or rather I don't look properly. I usually read them back to make sure that they make some sense, but that is about the extent of it. I think that yoou will rarely find a discussion from me that is correct in format, grammar or spelling. Woeful really, and very lazy. Usually though, I am just grateful to get to the end.

See, there's even a spelling mistake in my response. How many "oo"s are there in you?

No, I rarely ever check back to see if I've made any spelling mistakes or grammatical errors. I pretty much can tell while I'm typing if I mess something up, and I usually just backspace and fix as I go.

I always do that if my response is long. I do it to check the content of my response and to check for grammatical or spelling errors. But when my response is just a short one, I don't preview it anymore. I just read it again and then submit.

I never saw preview to any of my discussion or postings as there will not be using any html format so I don't think preview is required and about mistakes very rare they happen and i'll ignore them
