How to loss your weight

Somebody told me if i will drink 15glasses of water in a day,i can reduce some of my weights?Can any body tell me if that is correct?

WARNING! this is the worst thing you can do. Drinking that much water is very bad for your kidneys and if you eat any thing with salt your body will hold the water. Doctors are now admitting that drinking lots of water is a myth. Drinking an eight ounce glass of water every hour is bad enough but 15 glasses? Who ever told you this is very, very wrong. Please don't do this. People have found the best diet plan is Weight Watchers. They teach you the right way to eat.

i think it can help you lose weight, not entirely though... but of course you still need to exercise a bit to go along with diet and drinking plenty of water.

yeah. drinking at least 8 glasses of 8oz water a day is good for your health and your diet. it also fills you up when you drink it before your meals so you eat less. so when you curb your appetite and drink lots of water, it makes a good recipe for losing weight. without taking drastic measures. it also helps to work a little to tone your body as you lose weight.

i don't have any idea if that's true. but i guess don't eat plenty of foods that has carbs in it. and if you're gonna eat your dinner, do it every after 6 and to help your body become fit, you can also do some aerobics or jog every morning for at least 45 minutes - 1 hour

Rasmita drinking water helps you to beat the heat within you but weight loss,i dont think this is the right thing take food properly at regular intervals and never ever skip your breakfast.

They say that if you drink water before you eat that the water fills you up and therefore you will be able to eat less.How true this is I do not know.But I have found the only way that I can lose weight is to eat properly and eat no chocolates and cakes.But once I have lost some weight,it takes no time at all to put it back on again,its the keeping it off that is the hardest part.

That someone is corre ct in one way. You see when you have 15 glasses of water per day., your food intake will be very less/you cannot eat much. Then automatically you will become thin. LOL.

Well rasmita, it is said that if u drink a glass of ice-cold water u will burn about 10 calories. Honestly, in my opinion its better to do some excerise. I dun think u can really drink so much water in a day, Even if u do it might cause water retention in ur body. So look out for other means to reduce weight such as eating proper diets or meal supplements.

Your body still craves food no matter how much water you drink which can lead to binge eatting to make up for the food you did not eat. Personally I think exercise plus more water would be alot better.
