Cats is a threapy fo stress ???

Do you know or realize that cat is a good therapy for stress ?? Well, lets discuss about it. Feel free to drop a word here and share your experience with your cat. is it really cat can relieve stress??

Yes, My cat helps me relieve my stress. At times I think he is the only
friend I have in the entire world. He is so loving and cuddly. He knows
just how to cheer me up when I am feeling at my lowest.He is always there
for me no matter what.He also seems to know when my spirits are really down.
He loves me to kiss on him and hug him. When I pet him, it relives my stress.
I also love to see him play around, he makes me laugh. He knows what to do
to get me in a better mood.His love is so unconditional.

wow...sounds interesting..its seem that u really close to your cat.what kind of cat do tou have?.can u share with me how u take care ur cat? such as the health,grooming and food aspects? espcially for the kittens? tq

I totally agree that cats and other pets can help to relieve our stress, and stop us feeling lonely and depressed.
Even if/when we don't have other people in our lives, or things are crumbling around us, our pets are their giving and needing attention, keeping us company and entertaining us.
They always listen, and don't judge, they're always happy to see you.
Animals are the best friends we can have =D

definately!!! eventhough they can't talk. but sometimes i do believe cats can respond in they on way.

I think thet do, as a matter of fact I think some hospitals use them. My cat is a true stress reliever, I guess I can compare petting her to squeezing one of those stress relieving sponge balls they sell.

yes i agree with you..but when u get the info that hospital us them as an alternarive healing of stress? I want to know more about it..coz i pet lover same like u..hehe

I think thats true, i think they do. I like cats i don't have one though.
