Will computer costs in India go up in the next few months?

I'm thinking about buying a laptop in the next few months and would like to know whether to wait or buy right away as I am not sure if the costs are expected to come down or go up? Are there any ideas about this. Computer prices in general go down but after this budget I am not sure. Can any of you help me?
