My favorite pasta is Spaghetti Carbonara. I love the bacon in it. The creaminess of this dish is so awesome. I only have this dish for special occasions because it is so rich. I have found that it isn't that hard to make at home.

I have heard of that dish but never had it to try. If I ever get the chance I'll have to try it. I like trying new things such as this. Thanks for your response and take care.

I love penne al arrabiata; penne pasta made with tomato and chilli sauce. It's sometimes cooked with seafood, and when I make it I like to also add onions and some fresh cream. It's just so tasty and I find it very addictive! I also like most other kinds of pasta dishes.

That one dish you make sounds good. I like trying different ways some people make pasta dishes. I had one that was similar to what you descibed and it was good. I only wish the person who made it was still around but moved to another state and I don't get it anymore. Thanks for the response and take care.

I too really like lasagna but I also really like Ziti. I like it with lots of cheese.

Yes I would have to agree that ziti w/ lots of cheese is another one of my favorites to. I take after my mom for she could never get enough of any of this kind of stuff. It's so good and very filling to. Thanks for the response and take care.
