Star Trek Question

I am not really a big Star Trek fan..but it's something that comes on early in the morning..and i catch a glance at now and then.
My question is ..is how in the world. does the fleet eat meals..where do they get their food from? Are the ceatures flying through space that they catch in a net and eat ? Do they have an eternal food supply aboard the ship.
It's just a curious question from someone who doesn't know too much about Star Trek:)Thanks for answering.

The engines of the ship provide energy, put crudely, human waste plus energy equals food. The rest is just a matter of technology.
