i can say this due to my experience as an event organizer we got a tender from a wellknown car company to arrange their events the first event is a press conference for their new car launching as a part of a press conference, the media is a major part of it it'll be funny if we had a press conference without the journalist.. LoL but i was surprised that after the event, we must give them an 'envelope' .. well, the people from the company said that this is a-must-do-thing or they won't cover and publish the event on the paper they also said that if the pay is good, they'll put it on the first or second page it is always the money who have the role all this time i always have a good view to journalist but not anymore i wonder if the journalists in other countries did the same thing..
