Need VCC

I need a VCC to verify one of my paypal accounts.
Does anyone know where i can get one?
I have found a bunch of scammers selling them , i can't have this problem.

My account is verified at paypal and I only have debit card/bank account with them. I don't have any credit cards.

I've used a card from ordervcc.com which is a sister site of shopvcc.com
I was satisfied with their services, as you can keep asking questions to the admin of the site(im sure he was tired from answering all the noob questions) and keep away the fear of being scammed.
Moreover, i used paypal itself to pay for the card, which is secure because you can chargeback in case you get scammed (which wont happen).
The price then (3months ago)was $5.50 for a 24 hour VCC, i checked recently, it was $8.

I'm not postive but I think you can use a debit card-which you can get free from your bank.
Ive been with pay pal forever so not sure.
Just an idea for you. I hope it works. Let us all know.

This mistake was done two years ago, I can't believe no one had corrected it till now...VCC means virtual credit card and not verified credit card.
