Yesterday,My husband,my sister and me climbed hill.My sister and my husband are thin,but I am fat,so they climbed as soon as possible,for a moment ,they were climbing the top,and I still stayed the foot,I feel tired .My sister laughed and said "you can los your weight!"Oh,my god,I am wanting to lose my weight very much in the shortest time!who can tell me about how can lose weight in the shortest time?

I have lost 1 kg after playing the Wii for 1 hour with a friend. I have no weight problems but every time somebody comes to me and plays at my wii I ask them to see how many kilograms they have, after 1hour of playing Box(mostly) and Tennis most of them lose 1 KG or more... Diet is always important in losing weight and going to a professional fitness club may help a lot! The most important thing however is the diet , vegetables are important and you shouldn't eat that much bread. Try and run in the morning to keep you healthy and never eat at night. Eat regularly 3 dinners a day. Cut out on deserts !

There is no "quick" way to lose weight. There is not secret that everyone else knows. There is no diet that works and will keep it off for a lifetime. To lose weight and keep it off for a lifetime means you must change your lifestyle and relationship to food and exercise. Depending upon your current weight and BMI (Body Mass Index) you should be looking to reduce your calorie intake to between 1,000 to 1,500 calories per day. Calories count! Never mind all the trickery with "Fat Free" or "Sugar Free" on the labels of diet foods read for how many calories are in anything before adding it to your daily intake. You have to use portion control and only eat when you are hungry. Learn to listen to your body rather than your plate! One trick I use is to serve myself on a salad plate instead of a dinner plate, this way your serving size is smaller. Join a gym and use the membership! If this isn't an option then go buy yourself a set of 5 and 10 lb weights and a magazine with exercises in it. You should be doing a minimum of 3 hours of weigh lifting and 3 hours of cardio (walking) per week to start. If you aren't building muscle and working your heart you will not lose weight. Get yourself a reciepe book or join a on-line diet group such as Diet.com for menu planning and support. Weight doesn't come off quickly but done right it comes off and stays off forever.

There's no way of losing weight at the shortest time. Unless you seek help from proffesional to vacuum all fats but this operation is not possible for you to lose weight at once. this will also take time until you achieve all required session. I advice you lose weight slowly by taking right diet, exercise followed by determination to do it.

The best way to lose weight is eat less and more exercise(physical activity). The best routine for that is have a good healthy breakfast because you have a whole day ahead of you. After breakfast don't each anything, not even a hamburger. If you cannot keep your self drink water or juice or milk instead to fill the gap. Then when it is lunch time eat good and healthy. Again donot eat anything until dinner time. I usually skip my dinner but you can eat if you want but only up to half of what you can eat. And after dinnerif the best time for you to do exercise(No Excuses). According to me this is the best method for weight loss. It works for me.
