more SCAM sites???

I came across a ptc site that offers all cash and no points. Every paid to click links are worth 500cents. They also have $50 signup bonus. I joined this site because of the 'all cash no points' bit. I didnt know that they have a $50 signup bonus. I jsut had the feeling that its a scam. Im not sure since I think they're new but they dont have payouts yet. They dont have any information about how much is the minimum payout and they only said no minimum payout for upgraded members. As of now they have 60+members. anyways, one of the banners I clicked was of sky-wolf.net. Their site showed 3,000+ members and 400,000+ payouts. I searched for sky-wolf.net thinking I might move over to them and saw that the site was on scam lists everywhere! I deleted my account in the site that I joined after knowing that a scam site was one of they're advertisers. With the few links I clicked in the ptc section and before I deleted my account, I already had $80 in my earnigns page. Thats $30 worth of ptc links and the signup bonus. I found other sites that have the same format. These are the sites: www.nokiamails.com, www.iphonemails.com, and www.anycallmails.com. What do you guys think? Why are there still members in sky-wolf.net if its already blacklisted?? Can anyone shed some light on this?
