HI i need some help ! my hd stop work , so bad what i can do , i have many pic and doc that i need how i can get it from my hd ?

Additional information would greatly help in trouble shooting that HD of yours, what you could still do with your PC with it, could you still boot? can window still access its boot menu? is it giving you BSD screen?

I presume you follow the instructions on the BSD and it still not work. check mrgpk66 suggestion or remove your HD, connect it as secondary to another PC, access your data there and save it.

Follow through with what my friend FerdzNK has suggested. Connecting it to a another PC as a secondary is one of the best solutions. Sometimes if it's a missing window file or something, if it's connected to the same OS as a secondary, there's a chance that it could be repaired. I've experienced that with XP OS. But if it really is a hardware malfunction then I guess you'll have to replace it. Normally when a HDD gets a blue screens it's time to say farewell...
