What do you do when your feeling stressed

For example, if you got exams coming up how do you cope with the stress

I use to manage stress, listening musiq, playing violen and i like chocolates, and i feel i get refreshed after having my chocolates. And best remedy is Meditation, try breathing exercise, it will help you balance and handle stress.

Well i take it every weekend and at during festival months i never miss vacations, that my best stress relieving out of mechanical life.

just find a activity that you love. for me it is video games and my lot. just do what you love for a bit, then focus on tackling the problem. if the problem is exams, then study like crazy. be sure to take breaks to vent a little bit and make sure to get plenty of sleep. they say 8 hours is enough but i normally get like 10

When im stressed i do a variety of things, maybe take out my camera and go down to the park, listen to music, watch some TV, take a shower, sleep. For me these all usually relieve stress and i really dont have to worry about anything but then again a cup of tea and resting is always good.

i first listen to nice melody music and then start preparing for my exams it really works for to relive from stress..

When I am stressed I go out with my boyfriend and friends. I usually go to spa to get a massage.

When i have exam, what I'm doing is while I'm reviewing my lessons I used to listen to the music.

I'm feeling a little stressed as I've got an op coming up and it's bothering me, but I cope by listening to meditation CD's mainly or failing that stick on some music that makes you want to move and dance round your room - you will usually end up with a smile on your face especially if someone is with you!

Lots and lots of caffeine used to help me. And that only made me twice as stressed. But, I wasn't worried about it at the time. Now that I stopped drinking lots of soda, I feel different, still stressed but different. Music helps me with everything that I do. It centers me I guess you could say. I listen to music while I'm working on my writing. I also watch tons of movies to escape some of the stress that I'm feeling. And I also play guitar.
