Hey, It's summer and peolpe start drinking water atleast 8 to 10 glasess.

Hi there I just want to respond and share my ideas about these. It is just that I happened to be a student and while given the task to do some research on the latest journals, I got to surf the net and find a topic about these Water Therapy stuff and it somehow was able to caught my attention once in a while. The researchers and experts did really prove and tried to reason out that it is just a myth but they are still undergoing more studies so that it will be more evident. Yeah it is already summer and I am craving to eat lots of food. I am really starving right now and want to get some and satisfy myself. Welcome to this site anyways and have a great time.

Yeah, water is the best source to keep you hydrated through the summer. Importantly water acts as a lubricant for your body. Yeah, you can study the facts about water. Just make sure that you think about having filtered water.

Yup, it's summer time now. I think what we need to remember is to take care of our skin. Too much exposure to the sun is bad for the skin. We should put sunblock especially when going out in the beach. It is also good to hydrate ourselves by drinking lots and lots of water.

eerrmmm.. 8-10 glasses should be your normal daily consumption. Now that it's summer time, the intake should be doubled! hehehe. Thanks for the reminder too.

Yeah! Water is always important for your health; especially in the summer time. Hey, at least 8-10 glasses of water should help. You need lots of water to keep hydrated throughout the summer. It is very important for your health.
