If you, and a guest of your choice were given a free round trip to outer space, all inclusive, with the option to only bring one thing each! You'd be given the opportunity to walk on the moon and float around at 0 gravity. Would you be willing to go, and what would be your one item to bring? Who would you want to go with you?

I don't know if I'd want to go on this trip. From what I've heard, space travel is very hard on the body and I have some health problems. They probably wouldn't have cleared me anyway and I think I would have been in a lot of pain or discomfort during the trip. It's also very risky right now and I am not a risk taker.

Sorry, for the late response. Risk would definatley be a high factor in a trip to outerspace. Oh, and you don't have to take risks to have fun. If you smile and make a memory of something, it's fun in my book! Thanks for your comment.

yes i wanted to experience being on the moon and i think the first thing that i would bring will be my camera with lots of extra battery so i can get lots of snap shot of what im experiencing on the moon and i think i will bring with me my wife or maybe my first born son so he too can experience it.

Pictures are the neatest thing, and closest thing to staying forever! Well maybe you guys can take that trip through your imagination, because it doesn't look like a free trip would come around anytime soon! Thanks for sharing!

I would love to go to the Moon. That's been my lifetime dream ever since I watched the Apollo landings as a kid. I'm not sure who I'd take with me, since none of my friends share my interest - probably my brother. I'd take my grandfather's Military Medal with me and leave it on the lunar surface.
