The reason he was denied he smoked pot. However, he smoked pot in accordance to his states medical marijuana policy, and on his doctors advice. Does anyone else think the hospital should be held accountable for his death? This is a man that died because he followed medical advice and was denied treatment because he followed that advice. http://ap.google.com/article/ALeqM5iiNTqWskznUXcmUi8fblN69gxNNAD90DG7400

Hi myrrdin Something like this is not so surprising it's the system right? Now you would think that smoking pot under doctors orders would be an acceptable thing. They would obviously deny this to anyone who was not under doctors orders but WTH are they thinking? In this situation rules are not the rules and it cost someone their life. I didn't read the article for me that's typical. This is something I would expect from the system in the U.S.. Is that where it happened? Mamablaze!!

The real reason is probably that he was not rich enough! There are many lies and liars out there! We all know that the rich get what they want, legal or not!
