I guess they don't publish this info but you'd roughly know by looking at the number on the right of your ID. That's the number of posts of a person. The more you post, respond to discussions, upload photos - then you'll see your earnings start to increase
If you start a discussion, do start interesting ones so people could respond to it. If you start a discussion but there's no response, you don't earn anything either

ooo so that what we need to do to get more income from mylot. Means that the more i respond to other and post my discussion the more chance to get more money.. Ok need to start gear on writing in mylot hehehe

It's good to post good discussions so that people can respond. If it's a discussion with no response you don't earn anything. nobody knows who is the highest paid here but im pretty sure the higher number your post is the higher your earnings gets.
