(PTC) another one bites the dust?

did getbux.in go down? i checked it today and it has a standard hosting page up.hmm..so much for that one i guess.nice how some of these sites don't give you warning.

yes this site went down about in march 08 and it scammed lots and lots of people. i hope u didnt invest in this site.

about .20 worth. so it really wasn't a big loss.i just wish they'd give some notice..but then i guess people'd demand payment with forewarning.

I never joined that one but am still trying to get my money from AdBux. I doubt I will ever see a penny of it, I am better off sticking with sites that are going to be around and actually pay out.

adbux hasn't paid yet?yikes..thankfully i only lost .20 i had just started,but this other site screwed me out of 13 bucks.false information,my foot. never even got a chance to dispute it.

If they gave you a warning, you might be able to actually get your money. Most of these that disappear without a trace were planned that way in the beginning. It's sad but you just have to try them and hope for the best. I've lost my share over the years but the ones that do pay help to ease the pain.

yea,that's true.thankfully i hadn't made much on this one,i had just started there to help a friend. so,only about .20 cents loss.

They might only have a problem with hosting. Maybe they have to pay and then they might reappear. That is happening these days too - sites go down and then come back. It's a bit like a merry-go-round

true..but i'd be worried about a site that couldn't pay their hosting bill..chances are they couldn't pay me either.
