What's your Real Age?

I was watching Oprah today and Dr Oz was on talking about ageing and how we can slow down the process and heal our bodies. I looked on the Oprah.com site and there is a test there that you can online for free that tells you what your real age is. After answering all of the questions as honestly and accurately as possible, it was revealed that my real age (my body's age) is 32.8. I'm only 24.6 at the moment! This what quite scary. I considered myself to be fairly healthy-not perfect but not bad either. Obviously I have to make some changes in my life and I don't know if this is going to motivate me to do it but it's definitely somethign that will be in the back of my head when I'm making day to day decisions. Take the test and let us know what you got!

I think that sort of test is so bogus, but it is good to take positive steps in any case. A good attitude does much to offset a few "sins" but what is it they say, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure?

I have not done this, I am curious though. I will have to have hubby do it and see what it claims for him. He is always saying how old he is (he is mid 40s but feels like he is mid 80s).

I have taken that test before..If you have anything wrong with you,it knocks off points,if you smoke ,it knocks points,if you do not smoke but have ever smoked it still knocks off points..They go by what you tell them in their questions..If you don't do anything, like no pills ever,no health problem ever, you would have to be 100% perfect to be rated your age..Everybody usually will have or once had some little something wrong before, and even if you are well now,it still knocks off points...

Hi coffeeshot! Oh that is kinda scary. I wonder how I will fare on that test. I went to the site but I can't find the test. However, I will look on it again, I just might have missed it. Just my thoughts dear friend. Take care and have a nice day!

I chuckled when I read your post because I dare not even see how old I am. I am probably well over 1,000 years old because of my work schedule. Also I don't support Oprah,(gasp) never liked her, never will. Something is off with her. Ainge
