I don't have my Paypal account verified and I was wondering if that's a problem when buying off ebay? Can anybody tell me how to make it ,,verified''? Since i've learned a few money off PTC sites I am wondering if I should ,,payout'' if my account isn't verified

If I'm not mistaken, you can use your unverified paypal to pay but limited up to $100. If you already reach your limit, then you must verify it. You can submit your credit card number to paypal to verify the account. Paypal will charge %1.95 into your credit card, then you can check in your monthly bill 4 digit numbers stated on your bill. Submit those 4 digits to paypal. Your $1.95 will be refunded into your paypal account in the next few days after you enter the 4 digits. Hope it helps.

You don't need to go to the bank. If you use your credit card, usually you will receive a statement from the credit card or from the bank which telling you the details of your expenses with your credit card. On that credit card statement, you can find $1.95 charge from Paypal and you can find the 4 digits on description area like *PP 4567 and other long numbers. You just need the 4 digits 4567 to confirm your verification with paypal

When I sold on ebay and used Paypal, I believe you had to have another form of ID listed with them, such as a credit card so that your address could be verified.. I am not sure if that is still the way it is or not..
