Assassinations

Kind of morbid, but i was thinking about this earlier.
How important do you have to be to be assassinated as opposed to murdered. Political figures, for istance, some are assassinated, some are murdered. What's the dividing line?

If you persist in making outrageous, offensive statements against a given group and/or creed, you are setting yourself up for an assassination attempt or two. Similarly, if you perceived as being too good, you are not exempt. No matter how delicately you express your views, you will always wind up offending somebody.
