I do all the time. Even if they are mean to me I still respect them. It is just within me. I am always being good to someone even if they are mean. Because they are going to get paid back in the long run. So why should I be mean back to them when they are going to get it anyway? What about you? DO you feel the same way?

I do not quarrel with them, but I will talk with them.I think everyone should protect himself by himself.I should protect myself.Maybe I am a girl.I can not be hurt by anyone, even my heart.Maybe I am a self_serving person.I am so sorry.

Yes, to a certain extent. I keep to myself and don't bother anyone....unless, of course, they bother me. Quite a few years ago, a "neighbor" from across the street wanted to park in front of my house, so she and her husband rearranged my leaf pile to accommodate their ugly car! If I were her, I would have parked elsewhere instead of doing something that I had no business doing. She did other things over here too, but she got it in the end from yours truly. Now she's backed off a little. Hope she learned her lesson.

hello scribe1. that's me there. I keep to myself also, and I don't bother no one neither. We live here in an apartment complex, and there's always people going to other's houses. and we stay by ourselves. We don't bother nobody, and we expect nobody to bother us.

I feel the same way as you do. For me, if you want to be respected you must learn first how to respect others. As much as possible, we should be kind to them.
