Farewell to Michael....

I don't pay that close attention to the slide show of characters on GH when they do the 1/2 hour break and they show clips of a certain character. But today, it happened to catch my eye - the slide show was of Michael! I have not seen that before, and here they are writting him out, but give him the 1/2 break slide show? Is that their way of saying farewell? I wish they weren't writting him out, as first he was a good character they could have done so much with him and second, you know they are going to age him a dozen years and bring him back in a couple months - to a year as twice as old than he left. I don't like that - just to massive a change to be any good. But, they write the songs....

I guess I am the outsider. I am glad they are going to "age" him. I have been waiting for it for a while. Yes I do agree that there are enough "tweens" right now but at the same time I think they need a new story line. I don't see what more they could do for Michael at his age. I liked Dylan Cash as an actor for the most part, but didn't like the character. I hope to see Michael come back as the good guy. Maybe be more part of the Quartermains. I really hope to see him agaist Sonny, but not to the point that he gets "in" with the Zacarras.

I think they'll make him a Jason in reverse - at least they should. They need to bring back the business part of the Quartermaines so there is something else going on in PC than mob action. OLTL has Starr - as a baby and she's been growing up on the show and always a prime character. She does really well I think..they should have done that with Michael. They just gave him to many stupid storyines... how many times cana he get kidnapped?

There's alot they could do, just hope they do it good! General concensus is that everyone is tired of the mob and related storylines. LEt's move on, shall we?

Well I don't like the fact they are going to over age Michael. But I do think the storyline could be very intresting. Cause think of all the possiblities they will have for his charater. A clean slate kinda reminds me of Jason Quartermaine

Oh, hey, a lot of storylines, and that is probably the only thing that will keep viewers watching it...as long as the storylines are good enough to make everyone forget how stupid it all happened! I would like to see a Jason in reverse - you know... go to the Q's and be a good guy - not remember his mob connections or if he does...his way of getting out of hte line of fire. But still, to age a main character like that when there are so many other characters near the same age and hte parents haven't aged any - just looks stupid. But then again, Soap's have a way of making anything work - I mean, look at Erica on AMC - here she is in jail, but is the only inmate to have a tailored-to-fit jumpsuit, upstand collar, perfect hairdo and perfect makeup at all times! And just tickled pink to be in there!

I just saw a preview on ABC and supposedly Sonny hands the business over to Jason but JAson says only if he hands over custody of Morgan to Carly. Thing is - stupid!!! First rumor has it stever burton is not renewing contract when it exprires in 16 months - so end of next year, he could be gone - so why bother switching now only to switch back later? Thing is, just cause it says on paper that Sonny relinquishes his rights, doesn't have any effect on the fact that he is still Michaels adoptive father and Morgans blood father. THink the mob bosses are going to say "oh, we can't use his kid against him, he gave his father rights away so he doesn't love the kid anymore so we can't use that as leverage anymore".. just cause he signed the paper doesn't mean he stops loveing his kids. I think that is a useless storyline. But then again, I guess they could switch it back to sonny or get the mob out of PC for good. Plus, he is going on about how he failed Michael, and keeping Jake a secret, why doesn't he learn from h is mistakes and got out of hte business too?!?!
