did anyone believe Hobbs was real?

I loved this comic strip. I thought for awhile that Hobbs was real. I know it was supposed to be Calvin's imagination but it was cute. There were a few that I cut out of Sunday papers and saved. I had one at my desk, that I could see every day and it always made me laugh. It was Calvin and Hobbs in a wagon and Calvin was talking about not learning anything new, so you could go through life being willfully stupid and not learn from your mistakes. They go off a huge cliff and they're laying on the ground. I can't remember the last line because I haven't seen the strip for awhile, but I always laughed about it.
