i feel like a teenager! i have this new crush and i really don't know how to act whenever he's around or whenever he's talking to me. i'm always lost for a good reply whenever he talks to me. and i feel like i'm wasting all my chances for a "getting-to-know-you" conversation. ^__^;; i'm behaving like a high school girl! reminds me of my high school days during when i was totally crazy over a guy. just seeing him makes me blush and embarrassed! without him doing anything, just by being there, is enough to make my heart flutter. ^__^;; i remember one time, i went out of our classroom and i was about to ran into him but i got so shy and ran back to our classroom! i must have looked stupid in his eyes! but i just can laugh over it now. ^__^ do you have this tendency of acting or behaving stupid in front of your crush?

Sometimes I have. Like when I worked at Mcdonald's I had a cruch on a really cute guy there. Everytime he came around me I would drop stuff. He looked so good. I bet he thought I was crazy. I couldn't help having a crush on him though.

Yeah actully I did I had to start all over and remake the order afetr I picked up the food I wasted go wash my hands and start over. It was mostly if he was beside me. He made me blush so bad. It was like a high school crush I had on him. My manager at first wanted us to work together. I was happy about that. Untill she saw what was happing. I really liked him so much but he made me so crazy being close to him. I'm not sure how well we would have done if we had went out on a date.

that was really crazy! i know the feeling! i get clumsy too THEN, with words, with my actions, and everything, when my crush is around. i thought that was because i was still young and didn't know how to handle my emotions. i thought i'm over something like that now that i'm 26. but i guessed wrong. but i'm sure if we were able to get used with our crushes' presence, we would finally act normally around them and we would be able to contain ourselves.

We all acted weird when we see our crushes it is part of a chemical reaction. I don't know what it called but we release chemical called, hmp, i don't remember, but that explain why our heart beats faster, we perspire , sometimes we lost appetite, can't sleep and can't breathe. We all have same stories and it is part of our body and it is normal. Well goodluck with your new crush, i hope she makes you happy always.

Rubik's Cube - Rubik’s cube /"ru;bIks/
· n. trademark a puzzle in the form of a plastic cube covered with multicoloured squares, which the player attempts to turn so that all the squares on each face are of the same colour.
– ORIGIN 1980s: named after its Hungarian inventor Erno Rubik. - Concise Oxford Dictionary - Tenth Edition

Rubik's cube is a toy puzzle designed by Erno Rubik during the mid-1970s. It is a cube-shaped device made up of smaller cube pieces with six faces having differing colors. The primary method of manufacture involves injection molding of the various component pieces, then subsequent assembly, labeling, and packaging. The cube was extremely popular during the 1980s, and at its peak between 1980 and 1983, 200 million cubes were sold world wide. Today sales continue to be over 500,000 cubes sold world wide each year.

The Rubik's cube appears to be made up of 26 smaller cubes. In its solved state, it has six faces, each made up of nine small square faces of the same color. While it appears that all of the small faces can be moved, only the corners and edges can actually move. The center cubes are each fixed and only rotate in place. When the cube is taken apart it can be seen that the center cubes are each connected by axles to an inner core. The corners and edges are not fixed to anything. This allows them to move around the center cubes. The cube maintains its shape because the corners and edges hold each other in place and are retained by the center cubes. Each piece has an internal tab that is retained by the center cubes and trapped by the surrounding pieces. These tabs are shaped to fit along a curved track that is created by the backs of the other pieces. The central cubes are fixed with a spring and rivet and retain all the surrounding pieces. The spring exerts just the right pressure to hold all the pieces in place while giving enough flexibility for a smooth and forgiving function. - answers.com
I was quite rude and reproached the person who I was interested with and I can simply see it as acting stupid since I really like them all the while. I don't know why I do such things that I'd regret doing afterwards. I mean, given a compliment and I wouldn't even show gratitude but, dismiss the comment and over power it with sarcasm if not cynicism. Then there are tendencies when I really do stupid things infront of them were so embarrassing. I don't know were I got it from. I must've watched too much animes that had guys teasing girls, making them so angry inspite of their real feelings towards them. I don't tease though, I go rude and reproaching which, isn't really an inviting personality. I know that which makes it more stupid that I still go being rude and cynic to those that I really like. After every stupid decision, I'd later think about it afterwards, thinking I could've done this which would've been more better and could've made me look cooler but, I know, I know, thinking about it doesn't change the fact they have rude and a pessimistic impression about me. If I could just tune myself like a Rubik's cube, well, sorry for the stupid imagery.

maybe you aren't just good with handling girls nor your feelings! you maybe rude to them but you didn't mean it did you? you're just trying to hide your real feelings. maybe you're just too embarrassed to give away what your real feelings are. you can't even give a hint that you like a girl! i think you're just too embarrassed to show it and you act rude because you want to cover it up.

well, that's understandable! if you don't like the person who likes you, you'll surely have the tendency to be rude to that person! especially if that person is showing her affection to you to the max to the point that it becomes annoying! that will surely make you rude. because her way of showing her affection is embarrassing you too much. that is another reason why i can't totally show my feelings towards the guy that i like right now. he might get annoyed. but as far as current things are concerned, his actions are giving me some hope that maybe he likes me too. only i'm feeling a little frustrated because things are so slowwwwww!!! we still don't have each others cellphone numbers.

You say it as though girls I came across were all objects with proper ways on "handling" them But I get what you mean and I think I'll I'll accept that explanation you have provided, since I have no other idea why I am like so to those that I really like. Then again, its really hard to distinguish things with those that I really don't like. I mean, your discussion is about those who have the tendency to behave stupidly infront of their crush. How about tendencies towards those individuals who like them but they don't like back in return..? I'm mentioning this since I seem to behave the same way towards to those that I don't like liking me as well, being rude, sarcastic or/and pessimistic

i'm too shy to give him a love letter kun! i gave him a small gift (a spongebob hand towel) and i put a little note in it but its really not a love letter. it says "(his name)! i'm giving spongebob to you. ^__^ -secretbear" i'm kinda worried that if i wrote him a love letter he might show it to his friends or other people might discover it and i don't want that to happen! that would be freaking embarrassing! i just hope that he already got the "message" when i gave him that gift. after all, it shows that i'm interested with him since i know he likes spongebob. ^__^;; but now i'm worried, i'm thinking of what he did to that small note. i'm wishing that he is keeping it safe. i am not hoping that he would miss me once he goes to the US. i'm actually worried that he would forget me once he's there.

LOL! that's funny he must have thought you forgot something or maybe he had a hunch on what had just happened when you ran back to your classroom. ^_^ as for me, i'm known by many for doing stupid things infront of people i admire...the list would go on and on but the latest i did so far was when i bumped to my crush/schoolmate (he's a model and an actor in my country) because i was really rushing to catch up on my finals...instead of saying i said "i love you" i feel so humiliated upon realizing what i did so i just ran away. =(

well bear, I understand exactly what you mean. Of course now I am over all my crushes but a time was when I would literally turn red in front of my crush. The line of crushes started from age 11/12 onwards (cant remember exactly that long back) and everytime I came in front of Him, I would be like a blubbering fool. Stammering incoherently, not knowing where to look and where to go, I would just mumble something and try to run away. And of course, guys have that typical knowing smile on their lips (oh those days of racy heartbeat and dreamy nights) and I would be like the typical lovestruck teenager. This ‘torture’ continued till my college days when I met the ‘love’ of my life really. Things were no different with him (oh I hated the blush most, it was a complete giveaway) but thankfully this time it was for keeps. So where do you meet this crush of yours?

i guess that knowing smile on their lips makes us more embarrassed since they know why are we behaving stupidly that way. if the case was the guy is too dense to notice anything, then we would only be a little embarrassed and a lot more frustrated! frustrated because no matter how much signs we give him, he still wouldn't have a clue! oh, he works in our neighbor office.

not really. i think im just good at keeping my feelings and emotions at bay. my strongest crush was with a guy who is four years older than me. we were never introduced but i know him coz he's a real heart rob at our place and school. he's my crush on my whole college years. one time, i saw him accidentally at the mall... i was on the escalator and i don't know what happened but suddenly my legs felt like jelly and i feel like im having a heart attack! good thing my friend was with me and i leaned on her for support or else i might have swooned in there!

Hello secretbear, I never done anything like that before. When I think of it now, I feel like I just wasted my younger time not to try once - acting stupid in front of your crush and flirting around *laughs* In fact, I was a shy person and seldom start a conversation with others. Whenever I had a crush, I seldom take the first step to 'move forward' and go to the next level *laughs* I always wait and wait what will happen next. What kind of step he will take to approach me *big grins*

Even though I had told myself to behave properly, all my plans got out of control that I ended up feeling ahm, bad and cheap. Well, at least I was able to do some nasty things Id never have imagine.

well, yes, I do. I think I behave stupidly every time I have a crush, lol :D. Actually, I am like you, whenever I talked to him, I am so nervous and my stomach is fluttering. Sometimes, I'll say to myself "why did I say that?". I feel stupid and very shy to him whenever he talked to me. And he talked to me often because he is one of my close friend. hehe :D But the good thing is he or any of friends didn't know that he is my crush. :D I don't know maybe despite I am embarrassed and inside I feel stupid, it didn't show or perhaps they are just sensitive. lol XD
