It sounds like they are trying to verify your idenity. They are doing this to try to protect you and to protect them. Just send them a copy of your photo ID and a recent statement like a phone bill or credit card statement with your address on it to verify your identiy. They are just making sure that you are who you say you are to protect against Identity theft.

Are you serious???!! You never, never, NEVER send anything personal like that over the internet via e-mail - I don't care if they say they are the Pope! Especially your credit card information!!! Have you not heard??? OMG... I hope you haven't received one of these e-mails, too. Someone could easily steal yuor identity and rob you blind! Please be careful!

I get many fake emails every week pretending to be from paypal. Before you do anything, you should forward the email to spoof@paypal.com and they will tell you if it real or not.

Its a scam. BIG SCAM. Even if your account is limited, you still can send and received money. Only you had a limited added fund or and transfer money. max about 100 dollars. My advice: make 2 different email adress. One for paypal and one for your earning online sites.

its a scam email...dont fall for it...go to your paypal without using the link from the email...you'll see that its not even asking you to verify anything.

Paypal clearly states that they will never ask you for this information. That should be a clue.
