Im the type that doesn't like to pump myself full of midol and tylenol and all the other stuff that women use to get rid of their cramps. Does anyone have any good home remedies for menstrual cramps? Thanks

You probably have a couch, lie with your back on the floor and put your legs on the couch. Rest your knees and your legs on the couch, and there will be a 90 degree angle between your thighs and your back. It helps relieve pressure..
