LOL, you didn't ask what we could afford, you ask what favorite is. That may be one of the reasons I like it so much, I don't get it very often.

Personally, I like LAMB. Most likely because I raise it myself and I know what they are fed. Nowadays the gov't is pushing farmers so hard to use hormones to grow things faster, use antibiotics to fein off infection from overcrowding and use pesticides, etc. that our food is contaminated with all these unnatural substances and cause antibiotic resistance and cancer. I farm relatively organically because that is what I want to eat and my customers seem to agree. My lamb meat is very young and tender because I feed them natural grains, with no additives, and they are not pastured to expose them to parasites. I find the meat to be very easy to digest, as I have gastritis (almost ulcers) and my stomach is very tender. I use ground lamb for everything that you would use ground beef for.

baked chicken - i like baked chicken
Chicken, it's my favourite. With beef and turkey following up!I love it fried, oven fried, stewed, baked, barbequed, curried and I love to make homemade wantons. I love beef for burgers and lasagna and turkey is great for baking, sandwiches and sometimes I even curry it, it;s so good like that. Although I do love chicken so much though, I don't have it everyday as it is good to eat a meal with just vegetables in there as well. But, it's sure my favourite.

I am really not a lover of meats, but the most I eat is chicken, sometimes I do get a little weary of that also. Once in a while I may eat some lamb chops, not very often, and sometimes I would eat turkey ground beef with spaghetti. Other times I would eat tofu with a combination of other things. Many years ago I ate lots of meat but not now. For Mother's Day I went out to eat and I just couldn't decide, so I settled for a steak with cheese sandwich without the bread, it was medium rare. It felt ok going down, but during the night I had indigestion and did not sleep well at all. It is going to be a while before I eat any meat again.

I'd say chicken as well. It is pretty versatile. You can make soup,or teryaki. You can fix it with rice, or bbq it. The possibilities are endless. It is usually healthy depending on how you prepare it.

I also like chicken meat the best! Yeah, chicken can be used in almost any dish, and I guess we all grow up eating chicken the most so we are most familiar with it. Besides, chicken is the only meat that I can cook well, so that's why I love it the most! I also like pork and beef, but still chicken is number one. I can cook beef quite OK too, but I still cook chicken the best. Pork is quite hard to cook, because if you don't cook it right, the porky taste and smell when you eat it can be quite bad tasting. The worst meat for me is fish. I think I dislike it the most because I can't stand the fishy taste (especially salmon) and the bones always poke my gums causing it to bleed. But the fish meat can be good tasting if it's cooked properly and with the right sauce eg. oyster sauce.

I love meat, my favourite is lamb and pork. Unfortunately I cannot eat either anymore and can only eat chicken. A bit boring but I can dress it up with lots of different sauces so it is not too bad.
